The Obama administration announced Monday that it is delaying part of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act employer mandate for a second year, exempting mid-size businesses with 50-100 employees until 2016. Big businesses will also have more time to ramp up to full coverage. This delay will impact about 2% of all businesses, which fall into the 50-100 employee range.
